YOOprint flyers, leaflets and posters

You can buy online through the printing product menu on the left or calling the sales hotline. We can use your own print artwork or our graphic designers will produce some fabulous new artwork for you - just select the artwork options during the purchase process.

How to Order

Click on the appropriate quantity
Select available options from the drop down boxes
Click the 'Add to cart' button
Review your order
Continue shopping or go to 'checkout'
Login if you are an existing customer or provide your new account details
Confirm your order
Make your payment with all major credit/debit cards (note: we use PayPal as a secure payment service but you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use this service)
You will receive a confirmation of order with instructions for provision of artwork etc.

Design & Artwork

We can print your requirements from your own artwork or our graphic designers will be happy to supply artwork for you. If you are supplying your own artwork please read the information given in the File Format section following.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment for graphic design work is required before the artwork is produced.

Leaflet/Flyer/Poster design costs are as follows:

Single Sided (all sizes) £20.00

Double Sided (all sizes) £35.00

StationeryPack - £20.00

If minor changes to existing artwork is required, please contact one of our sales team to receive a quotation

If you require more than one design made please contact one of our sales team to receive a quoteation

Microsoft documents (Word, Publisher, Powerpoint) - A charge of £20.00 for conversion into rint ready format for each file.

If you are supplying a description for artwork please make sure you give us as much information as possible.

We will not charge for minor changes but there would be an additonal cost if we were requested to do any major changes to your original copy. General graphic design costs are £25 per hour

File Formats

Supplying Artwork

Colour

Please ensure that when setting the colour it is set to CMYK not RGB. Always remember that computer screens very often do not give a true colour representation. If in doubt please ask for a proof before printing.

Artwork Bleed

This is for cutting purposes. It is essential that there is a 3mm bleed around your artwork,save your artwork as any of the below formats.

Indesign

Please ensure all fonts and pictures used in your artwork is supplied to us in a separate folder using the “package” function under the “file” menu. Compress the document using stuffit or winzip before uploading or sending our order via email

Please supply a screen shot of the artwork or a PDF. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork when supplying

Quark Express

Please ensure all fonts and pictures used in your artwork is supplied to us in a separate folder using the “collect for output” function under the “file” menu. Compress the document using stuffit or winzip before uploading or sending our order via email

Please supply a screen shot of the artwork or a PDF. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork when supplying

PDF Files

We request all our artwork to be supplied as high resolution (300dpi).It is important that you prepare your PDF file in the correct way. There are options which must be set for commercial printing

Resolution (Choose High Resolution)
Compression Settings (for colour and greyscale should be down sampled to 300dpi (with “auto compression” set on high.)
Font Embedding (should be set to “embed all fonts”)
Colour needs to be set as CMYK not RGB (RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK this could effect your colours)

Illustrator

Include all embedded images and convert all text to curves. Save as a .eps file

Photoshop

Resolution - Set to 300dpi when starting your new document Save file as either tiff or jpeg

Other files not listed above must be saved either as a .eps of .jpg file

Please note if you require us to make changes to your .eps or .jpg file we would require you to re-supply new artwork in either PSD, PDF or AI format as we are unable to make changes to flattened images

Microsoft documents

We cannot use the following formats for printing

Word
Exce
Publisher
Powerpoint
Works

Please note that it is important when supplying a PDF from a Microsoft document, care is taken to ensure any spot colours are created correctly in your original document.
